  • Food on Demand via Zomato: Catering for solo and group parties through the Zomato platform.

Ordering Process

To place an order, users can:

  • Tiffin Services: Subscribe to daily, weekly, monthly, or trial meal plans through our website or authorized platforms.
  • Order-In Services: Place orders via our website, mobile app, or through food delivery partners like Zomato.
  • Take-Away Services: Reserve meals for pickup through our website or contact us directly. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Desi Cravings.

Payment Terms

  • Payments for all services must be made in full at the time of ordering, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tiffin Services

– Trial Pack and Daily Pack:

  – No Refunds: Once a trial pack or daily pack is purchased, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

– Weekly and Monthly Subscription Services:

  – Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation request is made before or during the first half of the subscription period.

  – Procedure: To request a refund, contact our customer support team via the provided contact methods on our website.

  – Non-Refundable Period: Cancellations made after the midpoint of the subscription period will not be eligible for a refund.

On-Demand Orders

  • Refunds and Cancellations: For on-demand orders placed through Desi Cravings’ platform, the cancellation and refund policies of the respective food delivery app (e.g., Zomato) will apply.
  • Procedure: Any issues or refund requests for on-demand orders should be directed to the food delivery app’s customer support.

Subscription Renewal

  • Auto-Renewal Policy:
  •   – Subscriptions will not auto-renew automatically.
  •   – Users must manually renew their subscriptions before the due date to continue receiving services without interruption.
  • Renewal Process:
  •   – Notifications about upcoming subscription expirations will be sent to the registered email address.

User Responsibilities
